unexpected or untimely deaths. The spirits are not ready to rest. The
creator has a time for each of us. There is still a lot of unrest."
This is
another photo taken with a digital camera by CPRS member
Orlando. It was taken a week before Halloween 1999 at the now
closed Carousel Garden restaurant in Seymour CT. Nobody there
was smoking at the time of the photo and it was not cold enough
for one's breath to be visible at the time the shot was taken.
Could this be one of the many alleged ghosts which have been
said to be haunting the now vacant property of carousel Garden?
Or, could it be some sort of strange natural phenomenon?
