"Spirits
come and visit their death site, especially when there's been sudden,
unexpected or untimely deaths. The spirits are not ready to rest. The
creator has a time for each of us. There is still a lot of unrest."
This
photo was shot using an Olympus D-320L digital camera with
resolution set for 1024x768. CPRS investigator Orlando
took it a few days before Halloween in 1999 in front of the now
closed Carousel Garden restaurant. The restaurant was well known
for psychical phenomena and people often just stopped by for a
few drinks to observe the activity. Some of the disturbances
included glasses moving or even exploding for no apparent
reason. We are not sure why the restaurant closed, but we will
try to get more information.
