In August of 2008, the Connecticut Paranormal Research Society was selected by the producers of Fearnet.com as the lead investigators for two of their Halloween “Streets of Fear” specials; Hell Hollows Rd in Voluntown and Beelzebub Rd in South Windsor. The CPRS crew, led by founders Joe Franke and Orlando Ferrante were featured in the specials conducting paranormal investigations of the areas. It is important to note that no other person(s) or organization(s) featured in the aforementioned segments were involved in the investigations and are in no way affiliated with CPRS.
