My mom and I are really in tuned with after life. My grand mom whom died
2 years ago saw an angel right at her brothers crib when he died 3 days
after birth. Also the the my great-grandfather died (in PENN.) and my
mom was in Ill. she knew the min. he died as she felt him put his
arm around her while she was standing on the porch. Yesterday I walked
out to the fireplace (old slaves quarter) in my backyard, I always feel
as I am intruding into someone's house even though nothing is there. I
felt like I should look at the trees and saw that the trees had
grown into the trees like it, like it was their property where their
house use to stand. My husband keeps asking me why are all the blinds
closed in the back of the house and I tell him all the time someone
keeps watching me, and of course he tells me that if anyone is watching
me they would have to be 6 and a half feet tall. But I know their is
someone watching me but not of this world someone in the past. When I
was on the porch looking at the fireplace I get the saddest feeling. I
heard from allot of people here in Tenn. that slaves were usually buried
by their houses. Something else that I wanted you to know when I was 5
we lived in Danville, Ill. on Walnut street in an old farm house if you
went down in the basement it had a dirt floor, and a coal furnace one
night as I was sleeping and I felt as someone was watching me and there
was ,a spirit I ran as fast as I could with this spirit chasing me into
my parents bedroom when my mom woke up she saw it to and put me under
the covers. Finally it when away for the time being.
There have been many stories of facts past down through my
family. I could go on and on. But I do know that there are spirits that
walk the earth that have died a terrible death or some that don't know
that they are dead or some other reason but I do know that they are here
and we should expect that and know that they are here. I have always
heard some people say there are no such thing but what about the thing
you see or hear. I think that your page is great. I do want to know
about the old fireplace that use to be a slave quarters, should I try to
take pictures of it put a tape recorder by it and start taping, my son
every time he goes by the fireplace he gets dizzy and feels fuzzy. On
the other hand my husband feels nothing and talked of making it a BBQ.
pit. I put my foot down and told we already have a BBQ and don't need
another, he thinks I am being silly. I think that it should be left
alone. Also one other thing you ought to go to Stones River Battle field
talk about spirits there are allot of them that you can see and hear.
Last month we went there an saw the grave sights and walked the trails I
heard lot of gun shots and saw a "REAL SOLDIER" standing by a
grave he looked up and disappeared.
