- This
section was created specifically for EVP's. EVP or Electronic Voice
Phenomenon are psychic voices captured by a recording device such as
cassette recorder, video or camcorder. The EVP on this page have
originated either from CPRS owned audio cassettes or video sound
tracks that were captured during investigations or casual recording. The
recordings were then changed into .WAV format and Real Player format
without using any filters. The Real Player format was created for
minimizing download time and a little quality may be lost, but over all
the result is very good. EVP does occur and it remains a mystery as to how
or why they appear on tape and not heard by human ears until played back.

14, 1993 - This is a voice that appeared
on video tape while on an investigation of the apartment Orlando used to
live in. The sound was recorded by a VHS camcorder on the tape's sound
track. The room was in total darkness and there were three people in the
room, Donna (Orlando's wife) was asleep on the couch, Billy on the floor
directly across from her, and Orlando on the floor with the video camera
sitting on a chair while he took still photo's. At the time the voice
appears on the tape, Orlando noticed a pin light over Donna on the couch
and snapped a photo. Then he whispers to Billy about the pin light he saw.
You will then hear the voice almost on top of him whispering. When Orlando
played back the video frame by frame, something appeared when the flash
went off! At the time of the flash, he captured this psychic energy which
was transparent white over Donna as she slept, and it was then he
discovered the voice! Right after the flash you can hear it say... "I'm
just over her head". (

1993 -
This is really strange! Orlando found this second voice on the same video
tape sound track as the first. He doesn't know how he could have
overlooked this piece of the recording. Anyway, the setting is the same as
mentioned in the original House Voice, except this one happens
about 3 minutes before. After listening to the track over and over again
with head phones and playing with mixers, he can't make out anything
clear. It sounds like it is saying "moan...I'm all that's

23, 1999 -
CPRS performed an investigation at Guntown Cemetery in Naugatuck CT
one week before Halloween of 1999. We were able to capture many psychical
photographs in both digital and 35 mm format, but the most shocking was
the EVP which appeared on our audio cassette while we observed the
cemetery. We placed the audio recorder in the far corner of the cemetery
and we addressed the spirits to use the device to communicate with us if
they wished. We continued to investigate the cemetery far away from the
recorder and when we analyzed the tape, we were surprised at the voice we
captured of a man saying "go..(3-4 second pause)...GO!"
We are ABSOLUTELY certain that the voice was not produced by any of our
investigators and the tape was brand new from a sealed container. (please
